Help with scans, suggestions, and restoring pages
You can also email support@leadsfromurl.com. LinkPatch SEO is operated by Ellefsen Marketing (organization number 930 711 160), Korvettveien 23, 4624 Kristiansand S, Norway.
Before contacting support
- Note the scan time and affected source or target URL.
- Do not send Shopify passwords, access tokens, or customer data.
- If a page changed after a suggestion was created, run a fresh scan.
- Use the in-app preview before approving any content edit.
Restore could not finish
Open the link in LinkPatch and choose Restore. If LinkPatch says the page changed, it will not overwrite the newer content. Open the page in Shopify, check whether the LinkPatch link is still present, and use the shown before/after preview if you decide to remove it manually. Then contact support with the page URL. The change remains counted until its outcome can be verified.
Storefront password
If LinkPatch detects a protected storefront, enter the storefront password in the in-app prompt. It is used only in memory to establish a temporary storefront session for that scan and is never saved. If authentication fails, check the password and start the scan again.
Privacy, billing, and legal questions
Email support@leadsfromurl.com. Include your myshopify.com domain, but never send a password, access token, payment card number, or customer information.
