Terms of service

Effective July 18, 2026

These terms are between you and Ellefsen Marketing (organization number 930 711 160), Korvettveien 23, 4624 Kristiansand S, Norway, the operator of LinkPatch SEO.

The service

LinkPatch analyzes internal links in a Shopify storefront and proposes content changes. A merchant must review and approve each write. The service is an operational SEO aid, not a promise of traffic, rankings, revenue, or search-engine treatment.

Merchant responsibilities

You are responsible for your store, content, legal compliance, backups, and approval of every proposed edit. Review previews and test important storefront paths before relying on a change.

Acceptable use

Do not use LinkPatch to access a store without authorization, publish deceptive or unlawful content, interfere with the service, evade rate limits, or probe systems unrelated to your own store.

Billing

Paid plans, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are managed through Shopify App Pricing. Shopify processes applicable charges. A paid charge starts only after Shopify shows its terms and the merchant approves it.

Availability and changes

Features may evolve, and scans can be affected by storefront passwords, rate limits, robots rules, theme behavior, and third-party apps. We may suspend abusive use or maintenance-risking activity.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. LinkPatch is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential losses, including lost rankings, traffic, revenue, or data. Any direct liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the preceding three months, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Termination

You may stop using the service and uninstall through Shopify. Uninstalling ends access but does not automatically undo content changes you approved; use rollback before uninstalling when desired.
